Training 26-9-2016 squats 2x195kg and 2x115kg .... worlds are coming closer :-)

Finally the last few days my face felt much better..... That is really a big relief.... some general energy is coming back yes Now waiting if this will hold on the coming days, weeks, months ........ Still using "paracetamol" during the day. Next step is to make the time be taking the paracetamol bigger and waiting how my facenerve will respond on it..... Today's training light session because the Worlds are coming  closer.

Unfortunately, my wife fell yesterday with bikes and now has two hands in plaster. Two broken fingers and thumb. Fortunately no head injury. Just a little training again. Still recovery from the sedation. I have more problems with the anesthesia this time and am therefore slower than normal. Yes I can be slower than normal cheeky 

Narrow grip bench press 2x4 100kg, slow squats 2x3 130kg and some assistance excersises.

Although with all disruptions (brushed hand and most of all my face nerve problem). Glad that the new sedation with extra treatment (heating the needle during the sedation) will take place Monday afternoon.smiley It is hard to let loose the things you like to do and feeling responsibility for. Crazy being ill and still capable to work-out / doing powerlifting.

Training 14-9-2016 slow squats 3x160kg deadlift 2x3 160kg

Very nice to train with this weahter. No warm-up is needed cheeky My brushed hand is recovery well, so narrow grip bench press went pretty good. 2x2 107,5kg went easy. Slow squats felt steady and I finished with 3x160kg. Deadlift was good. Only I have to switch my grip, due my brushed, so I could hold the bar. Normally I got my right thumb in and now I had it out side, towards the plates and I went also good.

Today I had to test my new squatsuit en benchpress shirt. Only I had made one stupid mistake this week. I bruised my right hand doing something stupid. Gladly I could hold the bar with the squats. The new suit felt tight and good. Tonight I was not able to break the depth, nevertheless I was able to gain the weigth and made 3 reps with 302,5kg.
