Training (9) 2-9-2016 squat 3x270kg benchpress 200kg (yes after 2 years!!)

This week I did some light training, due the sedation. The first 2 days where great. Since Wednesday is worse than Tuesday. I have to manage not to talk too much ....... That isn't easy when you earn your money while talking. Hopefully I won't become worse and it will stabilize at this stage.

Staying sober today.....

Today I had to do a light. I was allowed to eat a small breakfast and to drink till 9 o' clock. This afternoon I will be treated in the Hospital, so I have to stay sober. Also I have the time to give my lowerback some extra rest. Pause squats 3x3 150kg, narrower grip bench press 3x3 110kg and some light stiff legs. Hopefully I can do on Wednesday also a light training and I can catch my training for the Worlds on Friday.

Last days were tough for me, although I felt good today (with my face) Nevertheless squats were hard and failed 300kg. Bench press went good, feeling I bench 132,5kg and conventional deadlift was too much. I injured my lowerback. My mind wasn't focused like it should be. Next week is every thing focused on my sedation. Training next week will be low weight. Second win is that the injure of my lowerback have the time to recover. Enjoy the weekend! Tomorrow I have my first dartmeet of the season :lol:

Yesterday I was to motivated and talked too much at the office surprise This costed me a bad night no So I was pleased that today training session was with "low weights". Narrow grip bench press 3x102,5kg. Slow squats 2x2 162,5kg and deadlift standing on blocks with 2x3 180kg.

Big disappointed that my face problem is becoming worse the last days crying Nevertheless I have to deal with. Biggest problem is speaking, eating and pain reaction doing nothing. 9 days left for my 2nd sedation and I hope this will help blocking pain finally. So during my training you know where the funny faces comes from.

Haha sore legs & chest from yesterday trianing yes  Glad I had to do "low" weights. Narrow grip bench press up to 3x102,5kg and slow squats 2x3 155kg. Coming Friday first training with bench press shirt and deadlift suit cool
