Training 2 :-) .... Cannot explain the feeling I feel ..... it is making my happy :-)

Sore muscles from yesterday. Best thing to do is to train..... Cannot believe what a feeling I have during the training. The big question is: What mean training ligth (in the future) ? 

My weights are the same as yesterday:

Planken 3x (today 20 seconds)
Goodmornings 5x8 (today 20kg)
Squats 5x8 (today 50kg)
Conventional deadlift 5x8 (today 50kg)
Romainain deadlift 5x8 (today 50kg)
Bench press 5x8 (today 50kg)
Fly's 5x8 (today 2,5kg)

1st training after my operation..... very emotional :-)

After 6 weeks of my operation I was (am) allowed to do some light training. So 6 weeks ago I was operated and the operation was done about 10 o'clock. So today about 10 o' clock I started my first light training. It was very emotional for me. That feeling making connection with myself is really awesome for me. Control appointment I have next week Wednesday in Groningen hosipal. So I was (am) curious how my body (head / nerve) will react on this and coming light training sessions. At this stage I'm overwelhemd with the feeling is giving me (in my body)

First squat training for the sisters Kensenhuis with knee wraps.......

Below the video of the first training of the sisters (Iris & Ilrish) Kensenhuis with Titan THP Knee Wraps. Both equals their personal best in squat with sleeves. At this in a light training and not in a peak stage of the trainingcycle... Also in the video I explain (in Dutch sorry) the benefit to add knee wrap training to your training when you a classic powerlifter. At the end of the video I wrapped Iris almost on full powerl.... look both their faces.....

With reservation my surgery is planned for next week Thursday :-)

This morning I had contact with UMCG Groningen and they informed me with reservation that my surgery is planned for next weekk Thursday.... Two weeks earlier than planned ..... Wow..... this gives my mixed emotions...... Most of all happiness ........  Also I did some training.... watch the video......

Training 6-1-2017 squat 2x3 207,5kg bench press 2x2 130kg deadlift 3x3 210kg

Squat and bench press went tough. I'm glad I squatted 2x3 207,5kg and bench pressed 2x2 130kg. Conventional deadlift went good again. Pulled 3x3 210kg without belt. After the training Chico beat my ass with darts 2-1 in sets. The last week I notice it is to hard to concentrate during darts and hitting the triples and doubles. Nevertheless it is a welcoming thing to do, knowing that at this stage I becoming more focused on my up coming surgery. Chico, Next week my turn again? Thanks yes
