Continue my light training sessions……

At this stage I’m still continue my light training due lack of energy and concentration bow. Nevertheless my body handle very easily the weights. Body is stronger at this stage 🙂 Friday I will do some heavier weights just to motivate myself (a kick under my ass….. yes yes my old strategy 🙁 )
