Tomorrow rest day instead of today ;-)

Body felt a little bit sore and therefore some “heavier” weights ­čść and tomorrow a “rest” day instead of today. Also I contacted my big friend Brad and told him I start up some light training. In the next year I will follow his 3 days program added with some extra light session like I did a few years ago.
Some warm-up excersises
Squat 2├Ś8 20kg 2├Ś5 50kg 3×5 70kg
Deadlift 2├Ś5 70kg 3×5 90kg
Bench press 2├Ś8 20kg 2├Ś5 40kg 3×5 50kg
