Recovery training added pause in the excercises…

Yesterday’s training went good, due to my mindset. As a consequence I have a recovery training on the menu today 🙂 At the start I took more time warming-up and first sets in the squats. After that I was able to keep up the pace between the sets. The work-out was done in 50 minutes.

Squats 3×3 110kg (pause)
Deadlift 3×3 140kg (1 stop)
Bench press 3×3 85kg (pause)
