Small squat test and overall light weights

Today I wanted to test my abductor with some ‘heavier’ weights. So I finished with 3×3 120kg (instead yesterday 3×5 90kg). During the sets/reps I felt that abductor started to react and generate some pain. After that I did front squats 3×3 60kg likeĀ I did yesterday. Due the reaction I deadlifted just some light weights. Bench press just some recovery sets. Curious what the reaction in my abductor will be tomorrow on my restday šŸ™‚ ?

Friday some light weights again and I hope I can add some weights on the bar on Saturday.

Squats 3×3 120kg
Deadlift 3×3 150kg
Bench press 3×3 95kg
