A few hours after here sister @inspirised won the gold deadlift with 237,5kg / 523 lbs @ilyscious had a big motivation to deadlift 200kg / 440lbs for reps (4) in here preparation for the European Classic Powerlifting Championships. Which is in 2,5 weeks time. Pleased to work with both sisters. They inspired me very much.
