After this only light weight training\u00a0 session for next week test on Christmasday \ud83d\ude42 Most important I&#8217;m pleased that I made the right twist (focus) in my mind and fullfill the next step. Last week my heavy light session was:<\/p>\n<p>Squat 2x185kg<br \/>\nDeadlift 2x215kg<br \/>\nBenchpress 1&#215;112,5kg (failed 2nd rep)<\/p>\n<p>And today I lifted, less weight and 1 rep more:<br \/>\nSquat 3x180kg<br \/>\nDeadlift 3x210kg<br \/>\nBench press 3x110kg * (touch-and-go)<br \/>\nAnd training was done in 75 minutes, including warm-up excersises \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bcz82xrn2n-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com\/t51.2885-15\/e35\/25011935_208655546347619_3466793968065314816_n.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I had my final semi heavy light training session.
