I took an extra restday. My mind\/body felt to tired to train properly. Instead I took a si\u00ebsta in the afternoon. In the coming days (tomorrow \/\u00a0the day after tomorrow) I want to do a <em>semi<\/em> heavy light weight trainingsession. So\u00a0 I did doubles in today&#8217;s training. Just to set myself up for this training. It also gives me the possibillity to do a very light training session tomorrow\u00a0, when I don&#8217;t have the energy yet.<\/p>\n<p>Today:<br \/>\nSquats 2&#215;2 130kg<br \/>\nDeadlift 2&#215;2 170kg<br \/>\nBench press 2&#215;2 95kg<\/p>\n<p>50 minutes work-out&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bdmy_SanfZw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com\/t51.2885-15\/e35\/25036951_1695268643903747_8878462012384870400_n.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I didn&#8217;t train.
