Although in my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BfVme5GHJ-J\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com\/vp\/6f52acdc2cf94581f3ef42437c647140\/5B03FBB8\/t51.2885-15\/e35\/27892987_171216596832047_6068267573491793920_n.jpg\" width=\"309\" height=\"309\" \/><\/a>2nd set with 120kg squat it became worse and therefore I didn&#8217;t do my 3rd set with 120kg. I did 3 slow reps instead with 60kg. With my deadlift I kept the weights lights, so I could focus on the movement of my right leg. The deadlift sets felt okay, compared to the last few trainings after the injury \ud83d\ude42 Bench press is becoming better and better the last few weeks and today I pressed finally 3 reps with 120kg again :-).<\/p>\n<p>In the future 5&#215;5 ????<\/p>\n<p>Followed with\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/titanwebshop.eu\/nl\/trainingsbenodigheden\/35-181-super-ram.html#\/27-maat-m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Titan Super Ram<\/a> sets \ud83d\ude00 and I finished with 3 reps with 150kg \ud83d\ude42 So a very nice training&#8230;&#8230; In the coming weeks I want to try out a loose T<a href=\"https:\/\/titanwebshop.eu\/nl\/pakken\/44-243-super-katana-low-cut-angled-sleeve.html#\/71-pakmaat-40\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">itan Super Katana Low Cut bench press shirt<\/a>.
