Therefore we started last night with some medication. Curious if this will help me sleeping during the whole night, instead of waking up&#8230;.. keep you posted \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s training was done within a hour. Light weights squats and front squats.\u00a0Mainly focus on allowing my right abductor to bleed through to restore recovery. Squatting went better than the previous day&#8217;s. Hopefully I can increase the weigths tomorrow. With deadlifting I felt the tension in my right abductor and therefore I don&#8217;t put maximum pressure on my legs to lift. Therefore I lift more with my back, than I normally do. So an alternative RDL&#8217;s hahahaha Put a little more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BfbOPiSn1_T\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com\/vp\/cc4ea1bc209b04b3ad5a0fd117a252e9\/5B0DF173\/t51.2885-15\/e35\/28152654_1803049803052849_235600525511360512_n.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a>weight on the bar than previous days \ud83d\ude42 Bench press is feeling good and so I did 3&#215;3 105kg (legs up).\u00a0 See if I can manage 5 reps at the end of the week with 110kg (legs down) \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Squats 3&#215;5 90kg<br \/>\nFront squats 3&#215;3 60kg<br \/>\nDeadlift 3&#215;3 180kg<br \/>\nBench press 3&#215;3 105kg<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I recieved the results of my sleeptest.\u00a0No weird observations were made in the results.\u00a0Only I got still the problem that I wake up at least 5 times a night.
