He motivated to do an extra step during this training and I went pretty well today. Wearing my loose suit and shirt and still able to lifting a little bite more (with 2 reps) what is required to qualify myself for the EPF Europeans and IPF Worlds Powerifting Masters. Peter is coaching me at the Nationals in two weeks.
