Beating PROcrastination is rewarding. The last two weeks I have been working on strengthening the adductors and my buns (the latest I\u2019d love to turn into steel ;-)). The biggest\u00a0 &#8216;ahaah-thing&#8217; I can say is\u2026..<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m loving the mornings<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Being on the go from 6.30 o\u2019clock is challenging and once you get the hang of it the nicest flow to be in. Seeing the sun come up and noticing that I\u2019ve already indulged some ME-time and brace myself for the tasks that are there for me to take on or even tackle.
