Yesterday I cycled approx 10km, just for a dartmeet. The dartmeet started at 13u and finished at 22.30u. It was a big test for me, how my mind would react on at the noise. The dartmeet went pretty, during the dartmeet I improved my play and we finished 3rd with the team. The reaction tomorrow I was very tried\u00a0and I felt pressure on my head. At first, I did not feel like doing anything. After 2 mugs of coffee I decided to go for a ride instead of a Cardio session. Pratice what you preach, because this morning the two sisters will come over for a trainingsession and don&#8217;t want to give them any space to skip some reps and\/or sets, because I was to lazy to do anything this morning \ud83d\ude00 My condition is improving. During cycling I use a low gear, for a higher leg rate (RPM). Like Lance Armstrong and now a days like Froome.
