Sore muscles from yesterday. Best thing to do is to train….. Cannot believe what a feeling I have during the training. The big question is: What mean training ligth (in the future) ?
My weights are the same as yesterday:
Planken 3x (today 20 seconds)
Goodmornings 5×8 (today 20kg)
Squats 5×8 (today 50kg)
Conventional deadlift 5×8 (today 50kg)
Romainain deadlift 5×8 (today 50kg)
Bench press 5×8 (today 50kg)
Fly’s 5×8 (today 2,5kg)
