Conventional deadlift 8 reps with 50kg – 52,5kg – 55kg – 57,5kg and 60kg
Romainain deadlift 5×8 (today 50kg)
Bench press 8 reps with 50kg – 52,5kg – 55kg – 57,5kg and 60kg
Fly’s 5×8 (today 2,5kg)
