9.3km jogging session with only 4 stops (walking session)

Wow I fullfill the round I want to jog without a stop, only with 4 stops (walking sessions) today….. 10km jogging without stopping is coming closer….. When I got home I forgot to push the finish button 😆 Maybe I thought #thereisnofinishline

It helps to connect with a functional symbiosis …… read the comments at my previous blog….. I don’t  know what burpees are, only I think it will be looking very funny with bodyweight over the 125kg…. So I don’t like that…. Last Tuesday I fillfull 10kg jogging + walking and therefore I know today I have the physical power to fullfull this round jogging. It is all about stage within your boundaries to make a step forwards to strechting up your boundaries…..

Yesterday I did a short session crosstrainer, because I wanted to challenge myself to do…. and I did 😀
Last week Monday I started jogging and I needed 5 stops (walking sessions) to fullfill 2,1km “jogging” and finally Sunday without a stop.
Today I fullfill 5km jogging without stopping. I take some rest at my brothers house and took some ice tea 🙂 and make a walk back home for recovery. Recovery my ass my calfs, upperlegs and hamstring hurting like hell hahaha. So today I made 10km total trainingsession. My goal is fullfill 10km jogging, without any stops, at the end of this month. Will I achieve this? It is just Powerlifting (life) ….. it’s starts with a (sub)goal(s) and then you need the following “things”:
1. Focus
2. Discipline
3. Structure
This gives you the space / opportunity the get you in the flow and gives you the space to anticipate. It was hard not jogging at all on my way back home. Holding me back is needed to stay on schedule for my next (sub) goal(s)….. #THEREISNOFINISHLINE

Another “stab” is taken, no stops until turning point

Yes I did it, no stops until my turning point. Monday I started jogging and had to stop for 5 or 6 times. Today I fullfill it without a stop. On my way back I stopped (walking) 3 times. For the sneakerhead around us you know what I mean with “stab”. Also my scale is up and running now, so my starting weight is 128,4kg ?

It all starts with a goal and then you need focus, discipline and structure to get you in the flow to anticipate.

Training session with Iris Kensenhuis was memorable …….

Although it was a light training session…. not whahaha Iris improved herself again. Technique is improving. Also the will to improve herself.
During the training she meet herself and it all about taking the time for yourself and you can feel this to listen to your breathing 😉 And yes she didn’t like me at all during the training…

3rd jogging cycle this week

so the first steps have been taken. Today I made only one stop towards my turning point. Hopefully the next time I can make it without a stop. Average was also higher. #thereisnofinishline 😉

This afternoon Iris will come over for a trainingsession. It will be my goal to make that session she will never forget 😉 Awesome to be part of someone’s journey 🙂

What can I say: puf puf puf …. First steps are taken

Today I made my first steps to improve my personal health. Just started with a small walk (jogging) And my upper legs feels sore (myalgia) already ? What will be bring the coming two days.

My idea is first to bring down my bodyweight (I think it is now approx. 125kg) to 110kg. This will help me to improve my personal health (read condition). When I realize this goal I hope I have the energy to add one or two other sports. Maybe I got the energy for some light weight training.

Coming Friday I will help Iris (aka Maybe / Batman) with here training towards the Western European Powerlifting Championships. In the first weekend of September Ricky and Claudia will come over to train at WimWam Gym 🙂 Looking forward to these training sessions ?
